All applicants must provide the Real Estate Commission with a criminal background check run by the State Patrol. Contact the Real Estate Commission for the criminal background check information and for the Nebraska Real Estate license application:
Once application has been received, you will be sent the fingerprint cards used to complete the background report along with recommended procedures. Failure to follow the procedures attached to the fingerprint cards could cause delay in processing.
